Over the years, I’ve developed training solutions across every aspect of the sales training landscape. I’ve built complete programs from the ground up—both with and without the support of a Learning Management System (LMS). Each initiative began with a gap analysis to determine the most effective strategy for curriculum design and development.
Whether the training was delivered in person or virtually, to large groups or small teams, each solution required thoughtful content creation followed by evaluation. I’ve produced a wide variety of training materials, and you’ll find several examples featured on this page.
This page showcases my core strengths in instructional design and curriculum development—featuring study modules, PowerPoint presentations, guides, workbooks, handouts, videos, and training workshops.
In addition to learning content, I also bring a creative edge through graphic design. Many of the images and icons you see across this site are original designs I created myself.

"Hector came into the Schering-Plough training department initially as a training rotation. I recall he was a teacher before coming into the pharma industry and out of the gate he had an impact on training. He was a really good facilitator due to his teaching background and was very strong in the allergy disease state, product knowledge, and competition. He was one of the very few who excelled in training territory management, expense reporting, and other computer related applications. As a training manager, his responsibilities expanded and included content development and delivery for initial and advanced training classes. After two years he returned to Texas as a sales representative. He was the last sales trainer to receive the annual Schering-Plough Trainer of the Year award.
Roughly three years later, Hector returned to sales training as a Regional Training Manager, a newly formed position, and as my direct report. He was responsible for delivering advanced training and assisting with initial training classes.
By 2009, the Regional Training Manager positions were eliminated and Hector accepted a full-time position, as my direct report, at Kenilworth, NJ as a Sr. Training Manager responsible for the Asmanex brand. Hector was welcomed back and always been a leader in the department and was responsible for updating and development and delivery of training content associated with asthma and COPD. Hector has excelled in every position he has ever held".
