CATELLA Consulting started operations in May 2013 and was officially incorporated in January 2014.
Although we initially focused on instructional design and curriculum development, graphic design soon became a core part of our services.
Below are samples highlighting our work in both areas.

Sample Projects
Espero BioPharma
Cardiovascular Home Study Modules
Before joining Espero Pharmaceuticals full-time, I was contracted to develop three home study training modules. That initial project evolved into a more extensive set, including five modules and a glossary. Eventually, I was brought on full-time to design the company’s complete new hire training curriculum, which included workshops, slide decks, assessments, a custom selling model, agendas, calendars, and more.
Samples of this work can be found on the Instructional Design page. All of this was completed prior to my official full-time role.
EPIC Selling Model Logo Design
I created the “EPIC” Selling Model for Espero, along with its visual identity. The logo was based on three circular arrows, symbolizing pre- and post-call planning, the sales continuum, and objection handling. These same arrows and colors were used in the selling model itself for brand consistency.
In alternate versions of the logo, the red "i" was inverted to form an exclamation point, adding emphasis and energy to the design.
This creative work was also completed prior to my full-time employment with Espero.
Training Video Production Graphic

At the request of a client, I designed this graphic for use in an instructional document and accompanying presentation. It outlines their step-by-step process for training video production, featuring eight distinct stages from concept to final output.
I used a color spectrum to visually represent the natural flow and transition between each phase of the process.

Kollision King Logo Redesign
The business owner of Kollision King had used the same red-text logo with a simple crown on a white background for nearly 40 years. He wanted a refreshed, more dynamic look.
I redesigned the logo with a bold black background, added a gold effect to the text, and included jeweled details in the crown to elevate the design with a touch of class.
Bar Mitzvah & YouTube Logo for "L.B."

The initials “L.B.” represent a young man preparing for his bar mitzvah, who also had a soccer-themed YouTube channel. His father wanted a logo that could be used for both the event and the channel.
The final design combines subtle colors with a bold, dynamic graphic that captures his passion and personality.
Dr. Ding Start-up Logo - Play on Words

This client was referred by the owner of Kollision King and was launching a start-up focused on paintless dent repair (PDR). He wanted a logo that reflected both the tools of the trade and the stress-relief his service provided.
We played with the words “paintless” and “painless,” featuring a bold red "T" and incorporating a Red Cross symbol to suggest ease and relief after vehicle damage.
Workflow Ventures (Start-up)
Workflow Ventures was founded in 2021. The owner asked me to design a simple, multi-colored logo representing the company's four core pillars—People, Process, Tech, and Results—and to create a client-facing PowerPoint presentation outlining these pillars. Unfortunately, the company closed its doors in 2024.
Testimonials
“I met Hector through a neighbor and asked him about putting something together for my son's YouTube channel and upcoming bar mitzvah. We already had a plain white LB design but I wanted to incorporate my son's love for soccer. The logo he came up with is striking! I liked how he included reflective a chrome, silver, and copper effect into the design. I highly recommend him."

Managing Director and Senior Counsel
Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking
"I asked my friend about his Kollision King logo and he recommended Hector from Catella. I spoke with him and shared some ideas on what I was looking for. We talked about some designs and came back with three designs. I went with this one. He incorporated all my ideas and it came out great! I've had several inquires about who designed it."
